In Henrico County, Virginia, a man with a tv on his head has been leaving old televisions on porches since Sunday. It's happened to about 60 residents so far. Apparently this is not the first time they've had a rampant tv leaver...?? Last August something similar happened when about 20 tvs were left in similar fashions! Overall residents seem to think it's somewhat funny but confusing. Although no actual crime is being committed, police are encouraging any suspicious activity in the area to be reported!
