Hayley Williams Says She 'Will Likely Be Rescheduling' Solo Tour

Like many artists, the fate of Hayley Williams' upcoming tour is likely to get rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

On Tuesday (March 24), the “Leave It Alone” singer took to social media to be candid with fans on the likelihood that her solo tour, which was scheduled to kick off May 13, will be pushed back.

“Hey friends, I’ve gotten increasingly anxious about tour plans and giving you guys answers about the scheduled dates. As it stands, there’s no one clear or final answer but it’s looking pretty obvious to me that we will likely be rescheduling all of the shows for both upcoming tours,” she wrote. “Of course we are paying close attention to government guidelines and are looking at every possible option regarding rescheduling. When the answers are there and a plan is in place, there will be an official announcement with all the helpful details.”

The Paramore singer ended her note to fans with gratitude thanking everyone who's already bought a ticket to see her on tour. “I’m so grateful to anyone who has already purchased a ticket to the Petals For Armor shows,” she wrote.

The singer recently updated fans on her second collection of songs and decided to push the release of Petals For Armor II back. Thankfully, she said she'll be releasing the songs individually instead of as a complete set like she did for Petals For Armor I.

Williams debut album, Petals For Armor, will be out May 8.
