'Disgraceland' Backed By 'My Favorite Murder' Hosts In Return To iHeart

Disgraceland is returning to iHeartMedia.

The popular music industry true crime podcast, which launched in 2018 and dives into the scandals and dark side of the most legendary musicians, and its celebrity-focused spinoff Hollywoodland are joining the iHeart Podcast Network and the Exactly Right Network, the production company founded by My Favorite Murder hosts Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark.

Host Jake Brennan announced the news on the April 9 episode of Disgraceland, calling it a "match made in podcast heaven." He told listeners that he's had "a hard time keeping quiet about" it as he shared how his friends Kilgariff and Hardstark have supported both him and the show from the beginning, talking about Disgraceland on MFM and bringing him on as a guest to showing up for his book signings.

"This is really going to be a great partnership. We've got some exciting conversations going on about how to grow Disgraceland even bigger than it already is, about potential new content, new storytelling," he said. "I'm not really sure yet what I'm going to be doing, but all I know is that it just feels good to once again have partners to help myself and the folks over here at Double Elvis. And the fact that it's these partners who really get the show, partners who really get me as a creative person. I am just stoked and I think you guys are going to be stoked as well."

Brennan even joined Kilgariff and Hardstock on MFM to talk about their longtime friendship and even share "history on Disgraceland that you've never heard before." You can find the chat both on iHeart and on Netflix.
