Former 80's child star and musician Corey Feldman joined Alien Ant Farm for a surprise performance on Sunday (April 19) during a performance of "Smooth Criminal."
Before performing their hit cover version of the Michael Jackson track at the Rainbow Bar & Grill in Los Angeles, band frontman Dryden Mitchell introduced Feldman as his "childhood hero."
"Can we bring a friend out here with us?" the musician asked the cheering crowd. "A childhood hero of mine, Corey Feldman, come on! Where's Corey at?"
The actor then took the stage alongside the band, dressed in a white hat, white suit and blue shirt, an homage to the "King of Pop's" music video for the track.
During the performance, the Goonies star took the lead on the first verse, while showing off some "smooth" dance moves. Notably, Feldman and Jackson developed a close friendship in the 1980s, per Variety.
Alien Ant Farm's version of "Smooth Criminal" topped the Billboard Alternative Songs chart in 2001. The band released their latest album, Mantras, in 2024.
