A substitute teacher in Kentucky, Krystal Sims, 30, was arrested after allegedly exposing herself during a video call with an underage student. The Barren County Sheriff's Office received a tip that Sims had communicated with the boy to arrange a sexual encounter, according to a citation obtained by Fox News.

The student, who met Sims while she was a substitute teacher in his class, told deputies that they began discussing plans to meet in Cave City for sex on August 22. He provided a recording of a call from that day, during which a female voice asked if he was coming to meet her. The conversation reportedly transitioned to a video call, during which Sims allegedly appeared in the shower with her breasts exposed.

Sims was charged with unlawfully using electronic communication to solicit, procure, or promote a child for sexual activity. She admitted to being the woman in the recorded call but claimed she only agreed to meet the student so he could apologize for his behavior in class. Sims stated that the meeting never happened and that nothing physical occurred.

Sims was released on a $25,000 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in court on November 6. If convicted, she could face a prison sentence of up to five years.
