A Miami woman is facing charges after police say she lured a man to her luxury Biscayne Bay condo through Instagram and then, with two accomplices, robbed him. According to an arrest affidavit, Nicole Cano, 30, invited the victim to her apartment for drinks via social media.

Once the man arrived at the condo around 8 p.m., he was led to the balcony. Police say two other women then emerged from a bedroom and joined Cano in confronting him. The trio allegedly demanded money, but the victim said he did not have any cash.

When the man tried to leave, a struggle broke out. Authorities say the women told him he was "going to pay." During the altercation, the man's gold chain was yanked from his neck. He managed to keep the chain, but a $300 gold cross pendant was taken before he managed to escape.

A few weeks after the incident, the victim identified Cano in a six-photo lineup. She was arrested and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Court records show she pleaded not guilty on Tuesday and was assigned a public defender.

The investigation is ongoing. Cano faces charges of false imprisonment and strong-arm robbery, with her next court date yet to be scheduled.
